It also benefits the avid street hockey player by having an adjustable, full-coverage back plate, as well as a chrome-finished welded steel cage and adjustable elasticized quick-snap strap. This Calgary Flames goalie mask utilizes the patented Micro Shield anti-bacterial technology that prevents the build up of bacteria during use. This Calgary Flames goalie mask was designed to be used for street hockey play with an official 2 5/8 inch hockey ball, and is meant to reduce and not prevent injury.
